Former Whitewright Resident Undergoes Bone Surgery in Tulsa
Mrs. Billy Muirhead Mrs. W H Russell and Mrs C E O Neal traveled to Tulsa Oklahoma Tuesday to support Mrs Bill Kohrs who had bone surgery on her foot. Kohrs, the former Miss Johnnie Nell Massey of Whitewright, suffered a leg injury in 1947 when a sled overturned pinning her leg. She spent weeks in Sherman and Dallas hospitals before and since. She is a niece of Mrs Russell and Mrs O Neal and C A Massey of Ely. She is housed in Room 277 St John’s Hospital Tulsa.
