Longview men arrested for transporting whiskey into Texas

S. C. Knaur of Denison sues the Denison mayor and city commission and police department in the Fifteenth District Court at Sherman for damages of 10500. He was jailed for an hour and a half during an ice prices investigation and released via habeas corpus. P. H. Tobin of the Denison Crystal Ice Co. filed a similar suit against the same defendants after brief detention.
