Cotton Ginned At Whitewright Gins As Market Wavers
More than 2500 bales have been processed at Whitewright gins this season amid unstable cotton prices. Ginners refrain from buying due to the wide range of grades and farmers hold much of the staple. Some fiber grades are ordinary while top lots reach low mid staple. Sherman Forest Avenue Baptist Church led by Rev. J L Truett has oversubscribed its share of the denomination's seventy five million dollar drive starting November 30.
