Robert Williams a Dallas blacksmith was indicted by a Dallas County Grand Jury for the murder of his wife. He shot her and then wounded himself attempting suicide and remains in the county jail hospital ward.

Rev Clingan Kincaid Dies at 71 in Dallas
The Rev. Clingan Kincaid, a 71 year old retired Baptist minister, died Monday at his Dallas home. Funeral services were at East Sherman Baptist Church Tuesday at 4 pm with Rev. B. F. Ross officiating. Burial followed at West Hill Cemetery in Sherman. He is survived by his widow, four sons A. B. Kincaid of Sherman, Floyd, Howard and Rufus Kincaid of Dallas, three daughters Mrs Delma Thomas of Sherman, Mrs Ode Crowell of Whitewright and Miss Nellie Kincaid of Dallas.
