Commissioners propose outpatient clinic in Grayson County
Gordon A. Cizon of the Texas Department of Mental Health and Dr. Glenn Swank of Wichita Falls State Hospital presented a plan for an outpatient clinic in Grayson County for alcoholic and mentally ill residents. The state would fund about 15 575 for year one with the county matching 15 000. The proposed caseload is 206 patients at an annual cost of 50 806. The court took the matter under advisement.
