New Sugar Stamp To Be Valid Aug. 1
The Agriculture Department announced a third 1947 sugar rationing stamp for 10 pounds will be validated no later than Aug. 1. Spare stamp No. 12 may be used immediately, replacing the earlier June 1 start.
