Space officials describe a two-rocket Earth orbit and docking plan with an 80 ton moonship and 120 ton rocket moving at extreme speed. Cape Canaveral launches will place an upper stage into a 155 mile orbit to fuel the lunar mission.
Mrs. Carl May hosted the Whitewright Home Demonstration Club with Mrs. Joe Miller presiding. A demonstration on Family Manners and Family Life was given by Mrs. W. L. Hatfield Mrs. Earl Lyons and Mrs. May. Eleven members attended and Miss Winnie Hamilton read the secretary's report.
