Mrs. Perlina Graves Dies at East Whitewright
Mrs. Perlina Graves died at 6 30 oclock Saturday morning at the home of her son J H Graves in East Whitewright aged near 83 She had been hale until about four months ago when injured by a fall Funeral services were held at one oclock Sunday at the church conducted by Rev J F Fender with Rev C C Childress and Rev W J Epting Interment was at Porter cemetery She was born in Tennessee June 10 1836 and moved to Texas about 30 years ago Survived by three sons J H Graves Tom Graves Charley Graves in Oklahoma and daughter Mrs Bettie Blanton A longtime Methodist member.
