Deaths of Fain McMillin and Dora Mabry Reported
Fain McMillin of Whitewright died February 27 in Chicago after a heart attack and was buried there the next day. He was about 57 and survived by his wife, twin sons, two brothers T K McMillin and Rocky McMillin, a sister Mrs Bob Foley, and three grandsons. Funeral was held Monday in Barnheart Chapel. Dora A Mabry 88 died Saturday at 8 am in the Savoy Rest Home. Born in Spartanburg South Carolina she was Dora Clements before marrying D B Mabry. She lived in Whitewright three years and belonged to First Baptist Church. Burial followed in Mt Carmel Cemetery Wolfe City. Survivors include nieces and nephews.

George William Blair 51 of Dallas died suddenly of a heart attack Sunday morning at Manton Fain's camp on Lake Texoma. He was husband of Ivy Fain and former Whitewright native. Funeral services were held Monday at Oak Cliff Methodist Church. Burial was at Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas. Blair attended Sherman public schools, Austin College, coached at Sherman High School, Sunset High School, and Crozier Tech. Survived by wife, two daughters Barbara and Beverly of Dallas, and mother Mrs. Hazel Blair of Baton Rouge.
