Indicted Puerto Rican suspects face ten-count charges
A fast moving federal grand jury indicted four Puerto Rican terrorists and Lolita Lebron on ten counts each, five counts of intent to kill and five counts of assaulting a congressman. If convicted on all counts they face up to 125 years. The shooting left four congressmen in good to satisfactory condition and Rep. Alvin Bentley in serious condition. Bentley’s status remained critical but improved.
