Absentee Voting Rules for Grayson County Democrats
Qualified voters who will be absent on primary day may vote in two groups. First group leaves between July 16 and 23 and may vote in person with poll tax receipt or exemption, then ballot returned to clerk. Second group leaves before July 16 and must use notary public to deliver documents, receive a registered ballot, and mail back marked ballot with oath, all postage paid by voter. Only White Democrats may vote in the July 26 primary.
