Howard Wilson Hedgpeth 83 retired farmer died at 8:50 a m Wednesday in a Sherman hospital after a long illness. Funeral services at 3:30 p m today in Earnheart funeral chapel with Rev. R L Cates and Rev. Calvin Tolar officiating. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Born November 2 1877 in Wilson Tennessee he lived in the Bethel area 43 years. Survived by two daughters Frances Hedgpeth and Mrs Joe F Canafax two grandchildren and a niece Mrs John Kerr.
