Funeral for Dr A J Ray Held Wednesday
Funeral services for Dr Alfred Judson Ray pioneer physician who died Tuesday were held at the First Baptist Church with Rev G C Ivins and two assistantrreverends. Burial at City Cemetery conducted by the Masons. He was born in 1850 in Kentucky and practiced in Orangeville Bailey and Whitewright. Survived by son Dr John A Ray and a sister Mrs J W McComb. Many relatives attended from Jacksboro Sherman Greenville and Bonham.
