Organization of a Parent-Teacher Association chapter was perfected at a meeting at the grammar school building at 3 30 p m Tuesday. Officers elected include President Mrs C J Meador first vice president Mrs E F Everheart second vice president Mrs Bryant King third vice president Mrs J P Darwin secretary Mrs Paul Ryan and treasurer Mrs Clara Myrick. The meeting date is set for the second Tuesday each month with meetings at the grammar school building.

A 52 year old man faced arraignment for posing as the long lost son of grieving mothers across the country. Postal inspectors call him a top mail fraud artist. He answered notices in magazines and religious publications, crafted long letters about misfortune, and sought money. He was nabbed after receiving 39.50 from Mrs. Edgar P. Jones of Aldrich New Jersey.

The statue honoring Col James Butler Bonham will be unveiled Sunday at 2 p m on the court house square in Bonham. Congressman Sam Rayburn will give the dedication address with Mrs Edgar Wade of Dallas unveiling. The monument cost 7500 from the federal government plus State Board of Control funds. sculptor Miss Alice Tennant of Dallas designed it and the bronze statue was cast in New York and erected last Saturday.

Still Captured Cows and Moonshine Farm Near Cleburne
