Smallest surviving incubator baby born in New Rochelle
A two day old infant in New Rochelle weighed an estimated one pound and survived two months premature birth. Liberal draft rules mapped in liberalized plan
Washington officials disclosed a new draft plan based on liberalized policies. Teacher Shortage Still Exists in Texas
The Texas State Teachers Association surveyed 813 superintendents covering 33,958 teaching positions about vacancies needed to open with full staff on September 1. Four thousand three hundred twenty four positions are vacant, 12.7 percent, with rural schools hit hardest at over 17 percent.
