Man charged with killing brother in Blue Ridge
Kemp McCarley, 45, of Blue Ridge, was charged with murder in the shooting of his younger brother Oscar McCarley at a brother’s home. Oscar died from .38 caliber pistol wounds to the hip, kidney, chest and arm. Kemp surrendered to McKinney officers after the incident.
