J. T. Holloway of Whitewright was the low bidder and selected to perform maintenance work on flood prevention structures in Collin County. Weed spraying and fertilizing will begin soon with work crews expected on local farms in early April, per J. O. Sterling, chairman of the Collin Soil Conservation District.
