Morgantown child avoids bite after rabies scare dog killed
In Morgantown West Virginia a child playing with a small dog nearly invited rabies. The dog went into convulsions and foaming at the mouth. Revs Hall and C L N Hall were summoned along with the child’s grandpa to judge the dog. They concluded hydrophobia and the dog escaped before being killed by a family member. The child was unharmed and the family vows to avoid dogs for play.
