Coroner Gray held an inquest today and ruled death caused by cerebro hemorrhage. Frank Webber, born September 21, 1842 in Alleghany New York, served in the 12th Indiana Cavalry from November 1863 to war’s end. Married to Mary Batterson on April 2 1869, survived by one brother and three sisters. his wife and daughter predeceased him.
