Mrs Mary DeWolfe of Aurora Illinois sues C H Lovewell Halliwell Marshall Mary Marshall C S Will and Alvah Stephens in La Porte circuit court alleging a fraudulent Missouri mortgage and a forged or improperly signed second mortgage. The 200 acre Porter county farm and 83 acre Cass township farm valued at 12000 are involved. Plaintiff seeks nullification of transfers and 1000 dollars in damages.
