Fred Beyer proprietor of the Farm Store in Valparaiso died Friday after taking a large morphine dose. He had just returned from Huricks Springs Ark where he sought to end a morphine habit. He told friends he had taken enough this time and bade them farewell. He was unmarried with a mother and brother in Valparaiso.
