Suicide by horseman ends in tragedy at Parker school

George H. Wilson, a Marcel horseman, drove to Parker school where his daughter teaches, handed her a horse and declared he would kill himself. He then walked into the road and shot himself, dying instantly. His wife divorced him last spring over his drunkenness and he had made threats against her relatives.

Anderson Indiana December 2 The Window Glass Workers association president Burns issued an ultimatum to high manufacturers who withdrew from the trust last month and signed the workers scales granting a 10 percent raise. The manufacturers committee later signed last year's scale and payrolls were set accordingly. The workers refused and Burns warned the men will be called off if the 10 percent raise is not paid for the month. No reply yet.
