DISTRICT COURT IN SESSION. The September term of district court for Trego County opened with about fifty cases on the calendar five criminal and twenty-five to thirty disposed of or settled. No naturalization cases appeared. The criminal cases are to be heard first with one already at trial. Several out-of-town attorneys attended, including Dave Ritchie of Salina L B Beardsley J E B Driscel and Geo Holland of Russell Ed Rea Carl Holmquist A D Gilkerson and Ed Simminger of Hays and Attorney Williams of Clay Center.
