County Board Minutes Open July 3 1916 Regular Session
The board of county commissioners met in regular session at the county clerk office. Present were S A Newcomer chairman John McNaughton and the county clerk A H Hamm absent. They remained in session to the 20th to finish business. Minutes of the last meeting approved. Coal contracts awarded to Hardman Lumber Co and Verbeck Lumber & Supply Co with per ton prices. Toilet and lavatory installation in jail ordered for bid. Quarterly reports of county officials presented.
