State Institute of Kansas Farmers Week Draws Large Attendance
The State Farmers Institute at Kansas State Agricultural College Manhattan wrapped its most successful session. About 700 people enrolled in classes in corn judging stock judging dairying and poultry management as well as domestic science and art for women. Lectures and demonstrations by top authorities complemented hands on work. The event highlighted college laboratories live show animals and prize corn exhibits while breeders and growers met for conventions applauding Kansas agricultural growth.
