Mrs. Delilah Harlan Dies at 89 in Savannah
Mrs Delilah Harlan, widow of Andrew J Harlan, died at her home in Savannah Missouri December 18 1910 after a two week illness. Born January 25 1822 in Fayette county Ohio she was the last surviving child of John and Nancy Hendricks and mother to David R B Harlan and Adelia Kelley. The Harlands lived in Marion Indiana before moving to Savannah in 1863. Her husband died about three years ago in his 93rd year. The couple fostered several girls including Ida Blackburn and left many descendants. The obituary notes her exemplary character and Christian faith.

Death of Mrs H O Hodges in Wa Keeney
Last Friday morning Mrs. H. O. Hodges died at the home of J. J. Plummond in Wa Keeney. A pioneer amid Trego county settlers she lived with her husband on their farm before moving to town. The funeral was held at the Presbyterian church with Eastern Star services and she was laid to rest in Wa Keeney cemetery beside her husband.
