Tourist Club Guest Day at the Baker Home
The Tourist Club held its Annual Guest Day at Mr and Mrs Geo Baker's home with 29 ladies and guests. A program featuring readings and vocal solos by Miss Kirby and Mrs Neisley drew lively applause followed by a two course luncheon. Inter Church Conference Sessions Hold Day in Wa Keeney
Inter-church conference for Trego county in Wa-Keeney Tuesday featured sessions in the court house and afternoon meetings in churches and the high school auditorium. Visiting workers from Sterling Colby Topeka led talks on stewardship obedience and faith with eighty seven students signing life enlistment cards for kingdom building. A county advisory committee organized with Rev F A Heizer as Key Man marks a permanent inter-church movement for the county.

On Easter Sabbath the songs and singing were fitting and uplifting. Next Sabbath evening a People's meeting replaces the usual sermon with reports from three committee members. The gathering is anticipated to have a special spirit and value for the congregation.
