The Wenatchee Valley Fruit Growers Association held a meeting at its office with full attendance. Plans cover express car shipments to Spokane Seattle and British Columbia, strict packing and grading, and a new management structure led by J. B. Olinger Balch and Bennett. Each grower will receive receipts and sales will be arranged by the association with fixed handling charges and a sinking fund to reduce debt.

Pinched Two Plugs and Livery Supports for Burial Ride
Marshal Ferguson arrested two dray horses on a vagrancy charge after loitering on Mission street and drove them to the city pound. A bearded man later reclaimed them with two halters. Separately, Arrow Eagle and O’Connor’s livery barns pledged to provide buses for lines of the Women’s Relief Corps old soldiers and a firing squad to the cemetery at 9 a.m. tomorrow, with thanks for the courtesy and free ad space.

Memorial Day Program Details for Parade and Services
Morning band plays in the park at 8 30. Soldiers and others may join the decorating procession at band signal. The procession forms at the theater at 9 sharp and moves to the cemetery led by soldiers and their wives. After the G A R ritual service the march returns to the city. Noon adjournment followed by 1 pm afternoon program.
Veterans Parade and Program Plan for Local Celebration
A 1 30 pm assembly signals at the park followed by a 2 pm parade led by the marshal. The route runs Chelan to Palouse to Mission and Wenatchee avenues ending at the theater. The program includes songs, readings of Gettysburg Address, and a benediction. Sinful Sextette To Be Transferred To Walla Walla Jail
