J M Duffy proprietor of the Olympia saloon was arrested by Sheriff Webb for keeping his saloon open on Sunday December 24 He waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the superior court on bonds of 250 The complaint was sworn by J H Geyer who will testify.
