Jack N Mouser 55 of Wellington died June 20 2002 in Amarillo. Services were held June 25 at First United Methodist Church Wellington with burial at Pioneer Cemetery Graham. He was Vietnam era veteran, survived by wife Sally a daughter Renee Gowin and son Michael Mouser, among others. Santiago Cantu of Fort Worth died June 23 2002 aged 73. Funeral June 26 at Greenwood Chapel with burial Mount Olivet Cemetery. Survivors include wife Delia and children Alma Rene Isaac Dora Jimmy Rudy Marie Diana and many grandchildren and sisters. Memorials to First United Methodist Church Wellington are suggested.

GreenLight seeks rate hike for Texas gas service
On June 12 2002 GreenLight Gas filed with the Texas Railroad Commission to raise city gate transportation rates in Clarendon Dodson Dozier Estelline Hedley Lakeview Lelia Lake Lutie Memphis Newlin Paducah Summerwood and Wellington. The proposal would add 0.63 per nef and boost revenue about 7.8 percent affecting about 3559 residential and 526 commercial customers. Residential bills would rise about 3.17 monthly and commercial bills about 10.92 monthly starting July 22 2002. Public comments or protests may be filed by July 25 2002 with the Commission.
