Clarendon College to Offer 6 Classes in Wellington
Clarendon College will offer six courses in Wellington during the second semester, according to coordinator Wanda Cardwell. Enrollment is Thursday Jan 12 at 7 p.m. at the Elementary School north entrance. Classes run 7 to 10 p.m. with instructors Mrs Cardwell Frances Schmidt Bob Allen and Melvin Cardwell. Courses include Sociology 243 Monday Trigonometry 123 and General Psychology Tuesday Government National 213 Wednesday Business Administration 213 Thursday Business Administration 205 Data Processing Computers. BA 205 carries four college credits. others three for college or high school credit.

City reports harsh cold with frozen pipes rising
City Manager Glen Taylor says the Water Department is fielding many calls about frozen water pipes, many under houses with little that can be done now. No motor vehicle accidents have been reported and traffic is light amid the extreme cold.
