She was born August 11, 1922 in Collingsworth County to Earl H. and Mabel Peters Yarbrough and married W A Buck Carter in 1946. The Carters lived in Amarillo and attended Polk Street Methodist Church, with four children and two surviving sisters. Also noted is Lottie Scott Hall, 88, formerly of Wellington, who died August 23, 2002 in Doylestown, PA, with services held August 28 in Wellington. Additional obituary details reference James R. Barrios born September 10, 1968 in Sombrerete Zac Mexico to Felipe and Rosa Marie Sierra Barrios. He married Leticia Betencourt November 17, 1993 in Syracuse Kansas. Survived by wife Leticia of Wellington, son Jessie and daughter Esperanza, both of Wellington, parents in Mexico, four brothers and five sisters.
