Marshall Peters filed the report after weekend disappearance, urging return with no address. Grand Jury Returns Eight Indictments in 100th District Court
A 100th District Court grand jury on Monday, August 4, returned eight indictments. Dale Ray Waller, charged with theft over $750 in a 1984 case, is in custody in Carson County with 38 holds. unlikely Collingsworth County will try him. Baptist Members Help At Lake O The Pines
Thirteen members of the First Baptist Church of Wellington returned from a summer ministry trip to Lake O the Pines in east Texas. Led by Pastor Keith Bruce the group held back yard Bible clubs and neighborhood surveys as part of a second consecutive year of outreach. They were guests of the North Shore Baptist Church, which recently dedicated its first permanent building and has welcomed ten groups this summer.
