The Wellington High School class of 1974 met for a 2 p.m. reunion visit on Saturday August 5 2000 at Mr and Mrs Bill Long. An evening Mexican pile on dinner was hosted by Nancy Graham Manning at Grover Graham's home. VFW Ladies Auxiliary Plans Future Activities
The VFW Glynn Moore Post 6439 Ladies Auxiliary met August 1 2000 to review reports plan events. They announced an air show by Robbie Rhodes at Wellington Care Center, Voice of Democracy and Youth Essay contests, a August 15 social with a hamburger supper, and dues and fundraiser pins for Camp Sweeney and American Diabetes Association. Members reported 274 volunteer hours and various outreach activities.

The bride a Panhandle State University graduate teaches at Rolling Hills Elementary School. The groom a Randall High School graduate works for the Amarillo Globe News.
