A Wellington Library Association meeting to elect trustees and a book committee on September 4. Lorain veteran soldiers plan a LaGrange picnic September 10. Accidents include a broken leg from a buggy crash and a horse incident at a race track. New London picnic highlights include Miss Dora Nangle versus Miss Katie Daugherty for a gold ring with Dora winning by 160 votes.
