Ex minister Rev Leighton L Shearer of Weiser Idaho shot himself at 7 30 yesterday morning after a long illness. His wife aided him earlier but he secured a revolver and died instantly. He had suffered consumption and earlier spoke of insane urges to die. Funeral set for Baptist church today at 11 o clock. He leaves a wife and five children.
