Drowned in Boise River Near Price’s Ranch

Miss Lillian Casey, 19, drowned on the Boise River near Price’s ranch Thursday afternoon. Witnesses say she rode to ford the river at the old bridge site where the current grew too strong and swept her from the horse. The body was recovered downstream from the ford.
