Through Moonlit Sierra Trails to the Yosemite Valley

The party camps near the Mariposa region, traverses steep ridges, descends cliffside trails, and visits a cave and a mining hotel. They describe panoramic views, giant sugar pines, and the Bridal Veil and other falls, with notes on Indians, guides, and the arduous yet rewarding experience of reaching the valley.
