The committee reports it examined all matters referred and attached a schedule of illegal or doubly assessed items or those covered by Treasurer receipts. Recommendations include instructions to draw orders for amounts, require surrender of certificates, and add sums to county tax. Also proposes new order for B2 Og to C B Skinner and cancellation per affidavit.
