Storrx!-On Trial for Stealing Three Horses
Edward Harman faced charges of stealing three horses valued at £700, named Madame Veatris Keeley and Charles Mathews, owned by Edward B. Delafield of Willow Bank Falbaw. He had previously been a coachman and allegedly took the animals as security after a dispute over £165. The horses were found at Wilton Mews Pimlico and Harman was discharged after a solicitor’s notice showed the horses were security for the debt.
