Fynn Acquitted in Genetti Murder Case at Batleville
In St Clair county circuit court at Batleville last week jury found Fynn not guilty of Genetti murder after a trial featuring self defense claims. The case traced back to Fynn seeking his abducted child from the Risso home in Collineville and a ensuing quarrel on the train to East St Louis resulting in Genetti's death.

New Miners Scale Advances Wages for Day Laborers
