Local Traffic Fines Traverse Chetwynd Orders and Ambulance Grant
January 28 fines issued to residents of Chetwynd for lacking B C License plates no tail light and other offences with amounts ranging from 10 to 75 dollars plus costs. January 29 Gerry Bedell faced three charges driving without due care licence and minor without insurance with penalties of 75 15 and 25 dollars respectively. The Chetwynd Ambulance Committee received 1800 grant from the Hospital Improvement District to buy an ambulance and equipment with volunteers sought over age 25 holding class A or Be licences.
