Probationer Back in Jail for Probation Violations
Frank C Szypusz 21 of 1640 Roanoke Ave Unrichsville is jailed for alleged probation violations tied to a three year sentence. He was placed on probation June 16 for a May 19 break in at the New Philadelphia law offices of Judges Musgrave and Space. He was jailed after a DUI arrest and found guilty in central highiet court with sentence deferred pending a probation report. Moore said Szypusz did not appear as required and owes about 34 in court costs from the break in.
