Announcement from Ashland Ohio on April 21 reports Judge Kenny of the Court of Common Pleas died suddenly last evening at 7:15. Funeral is set for Sunday at 2 pm. Ashland County Bar Association informed members of any changes. Kenny previously served as Prosecution Attorney and state senator.
