Charlton County Adopts Waycross Journal for Legal Ads
The Charlton county legal notices will move to the Waycross Herald from the Jesup Sentinel. Ordinary Warren Lott issues January 11 1886 road orders seeking new routes from Glenmore to Coxes Hammock and changes near L P Steedley’s residence and the Baptist church. A discontinuance of the road from Waycross to Douglas Ferry and related routes is debated along with a prior road order validity.
