Penetentiary for life for Robert Pascal murder
Robert Pascal was indicted for the murder of his daughter near Waycross. He was tried and convicted last week, and sentenced to life in the penitentiary. The crime occurred last year after the victim, who had married against her father’s will, was decoyed from home. The body was found in the woods, later identified by a hunter’s dog. The Governor funded a reward that led to his arrest. The jury was out all night before delivering the verdict and sentence.
