Train Collision and Dedication of Young Men's Building
At Fort Crook Nebraska a northbound Missouri Pacific passenger train collided with a fast freight, killing seven and injuring twenty two. Gov. Gilchrist of Florida rode the northbound train but was unharmed. Later in Omaha the new Young Men's Christian Association building was dedicated with remarks by W. D. Stubbs of Savannah urging moral development and civic duty.
