Community Chest Budgets Due by October 18
Budgets for participating organizations must be ready for budget committee review by October 15. The executive board met at the YWCA and voted to readmit the Railroad Y M G A to the chest, making seven groups share in the campaign from November 19 to 24 directed by the American City bureau.
