Hands Off Policy in Russia Advocated by Dennis
Prof Ralph B Dennis argues that a hands off policy toward Russia, with open trade and competition, would undermine bolshevism. He cites Petrograd’s health failures and urges deportation opposition while stressing American workers deserve a good life through work. He calls himself 100 percent pro Russian and 166 percent anti bolshevik.
