Des Moines October 24 The federal service reserve in Iowa will reorganize from county to district structure with 12 districts and 10 sub districts. District headquarters will be at state employment offices in Dubuque Davenport Burlington Ottumwa Cedar Rapids Waterloo Mason City Fort Dodge Des Moines Creston Council Bluffs and Sioux City. H H Negley outlined the plan at a meeting of the state organization committee. 1400 Women Sought for Iowa Farm Labor Shortage
